Found/half - ate a plaster in a Tesco Hot cross Bun

Well - I think the thread title summarises it all. I was merrily eating a hot cross bun from tesco and I thought, this seems a bit chewy. Well, being polite and all that, I spat it out into my hanky (my wife says I should upgrade to tissues with all the swine flu) and to my disgust there was a plaster there. Not one of the blue ones you'd expect a caterer to wear, but a white material based one. (Which is why I didn't see it when I popped it in my mouth.)

Now I have no idea what to do now and was hoping for a little bit of direction from the good people on this site. Obviously I haven't taken it back to the shop as I'd probably just get my £1 back and an apology that no-one actually meant.

Basically I want to know who it belonged to, and if I need to get tested for anything. (Hopefully the cooking of the bun will have killed any diseases, but you never know in this hysterical day and age). So who do I complain/speak to, do I go to Tesco to give them a chance to sort it out, or is it a case for Trading Standards or Health & Safety (give them something to do for a change...)

Any advice, and addresses will be gratefully received, but I'm not looking to take anyone to court for millions!
