help non existent o 2 reception
hi all,
I have been with o2 since last summer and all has been fine until about 3 months ago. Basically at home trying to make or recieve calls is a nightmare. I get 1/2 bars on the signal and the call constantly goes off. Its so bad that i have to resort to using my bt land line to make calls.
This is a nightmare for me as i am home most days as i am a stay home mum.
I have been in contact with o2- near enough every other day and they said its being looked into. I emailed a formal complaint this week as i am at the end of my tether with it. I have about 12 months left on the contract but i have asked for this to be cancelled.
The annoying thing is when i call o2 the call never goes off and its clear as a bell!
anyone know where i stand? Any advice is much apreciated
