02 Nokia deal with free wii

Hi All,

Was wondering if someone could advise me please on this. Earlier today my mum upgraded her contract with o2 to a sony ericsson, however later on this afternoon she decided she didnt like the phone and wanted to change it. Fair enough, she has 14 days to change the handset, so off we went to the shop and the next phone she picked came with a free nintendo wii, only the guy in the shop told her she was unable to claim the wii as she has entered into a new contract earlier on.

It seems very unfair and rules are rules, just wanted to know if this guy is right, shame really as I would have loved a wii!

Bit late now, she upgraded her contract earlier this morning and changed her mind on the handset so she picked a nokia phone which had a free wii instead of the sony ericsson which she had picked this morning.

more than likely not open to upgrades anyway TBH
most times its for new contracts

Cancel it with them anyway, go to orange, they do better deals all round
