YHA Ekit global travel sim

My daughter is travelling through Africa and has an Ekit global sim. It has a UK number. It appears that it will cost her 57p per min to receive calls and 63p per min to make calls. When she was in Ghana she had a local sim and we were able to phone her for 6p per min using an access number. Is there any access number that we can use to ring her that will not charge her to recieve the call? We have a number that we can use to ring her free but obviously she still has to pay. Thanks

Also with a daughter with an ekit (via YHA). There's something seriously wrong with the charging. I recharged her sim with $30$ and it got drained within 2 days- that was probably less than a twenty minute call at what we are advised is $0.17 /minute (Thailand-UK)

Others should verify- but our experience so far is that this is for emergency use only.
