    I had the same problem, so logged a secure message with them on Friday to ask why.

    Someone from their technical support called me the same evening and talked me through how to solve it. It turns out some of the security settings on my computer needed tweaking, and also he advised to delete the browsing history every so often as this can have an impact.

    Everything appears fine again now. The guy from Tech support was really helpful.

    wow!....just phoned.....2 mins later.....all fixed...it was my PC.....glad av moved if thats the service I get!
