Same here, used fine this morning.

I've never had any trouble with it. I only have an ISA with them, but the internet banking has always worked - and the Faster Payments from my main account show up in minutes.

Have you asked them if there's anything you need to do to make it a bit smoother? I know they're not IT experts, but you'd think they'd have someone who can help you - they're helpful at everything else

It's not the best internet banking I've seen. In fact it's probably the worst I have seen.
