Cannot access My3 or check usage

I have a 3 mobile dongle PAYG. Normally, when I connect it, it goes straight to the page on their site where I can check how much data I have left.
However, for the last 3-4 days all I am getting is a 404 error, Page cannot be found. It says some of their pages have moved, but I have gone through the site map and still cannot access the correct page.
Is anyone else having the same problem?

Typical. After not working for 3-4 days, it's suddenly started working again after I posted this.
I did email 3 and got an automated response saying they would reply in 5-10 days!0
