Face party charging me with out permission

Ok so i used to belong to face party. now you could pay monthly for things to add to your profile. you paid a set fee every month there was no subscription/direct debit...

now ive left the site after a few months i noticed they had started charging me again. on there site there is no contact information. so i contacted the company who process the payment they tell me they cant help but give me a contact email address. but no matter how many i send i get no reply. its 14 pound a month i could spend on better things. what can i do please help:mad:

If you are paying by direct debit, cancel it via your bank or online.

sadly no they keep taking as if its a payment i make to them each month ive even ask the company that authorize it to stop it but they say they cant until told to by face party

Lose your card, you should get a new number. Tell the bank you are not sure how it was lost.
