Lou - it's getting beyond a joke. I'm checking the terms of our lease to qualify where we stand about having dogs in the building. I know it sounds petty but the communal areas always smell of wet dog. Plus one dog wee'd on the stairs, ok it was cleaned up but that's not the point.
