Tenmah - where abouts in Somerset are you staying? If I can help out with ideas I will (as I am sure will a couple of others as well)
Tenham, a visit to Cheddar Gorge and also Glastonbury would be fab.

    Wells is nice too.
    Wookey hole as well.

We are staying at Burnham on Sea (Brean Sands Camp) and are hoping to go to all the places you have mentioned! Trouble is my daughter can't walk far, so we have to take that into consideration.

  • Tenham - if you fancy some retail therapy there's always Street Outlet Centre.

There's Weston Super Mare (Mud) - a fish and chip shop opposite the pier use to do meals for £5. Not been there for a few years, so not sure if it's still there and how much they charge!

Wells would be nice, that's where they filmed Hot Fuzz.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.

Lol @ Katsu.....that's exactly how I read it too. Four times. Got it on the fifth.

BTW....DD1s roast was lush. Must nag her more often ;) I did apologise for nagging though. I'm stuffed now - can't even manage my pud.

I didn't think animals were allowed in flats with communal entrances?

I used to love rollercoasters, but I've developed a fear of heights.

    Well done Ryan and Linda!
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.

    Stardust is on at 8pm.

Stardust is such a good film but tonight after Larkrise to candleford (which is my feelgood Sunday night programme) I am on a "Gavin and Stacey" fest with OH.........snuggles on the sofa with a glass of wine and good telly.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.
