Yes but we can do it! I did it a couple of years ago and wish I never gained it since. I am determined when I get there this time it aint going back on again! We can do it! We just want to do it enough!0

Vikki, Just book in for your smear, it's not worth risking it is it? I need to go for one too but been putting it off as it's annoying having to wait in the doctors who always run late, but that is the worst part of the whole appointment!0

Hi Vikki, I also found a lump in my breast a couple of weeks ago, I went to the doctor and he sent me to hospital, it also turned out to be a cyst - which was 5cm across - HUGE! The doctor drained it with a needle there and then, whilst it was slightly uncomfortable it did not hurt, and I was a little bruised afterwards but the pain disappeared instantly, if you are still getting pain it may be worth seeing if your needs draining , I promise it won't hurt , Nicky x0

I dont think I am ready yet:o I can wait a year, i'll be alright *fingers crossed*. Its a good thing for me to loose weight as I know I have to, in order to strip:rotfl:0 -
Oh I don't know about the age, I started having them at 21 but I think the guidelines have changed since then, ah well I got a couple of bonus ones!
I've lost count now as I keep having to go back and have more done for one reason or another gah!0 -
I think its 25 I start being offered them, heard they can be funny otherwise. And I don't want them knowing I actually 'want' one of these. I rather then 'request' to see me than the other way found hehe0

Following a lot of gynae and problems following childbirth, I almost feel offended if they don't want to take a look, lol!0

Vikki, don't ever be embarrassed about your body especially in front of a doctor - as leanneq said they really have seen it *all* before!!! Just wear a skirt for your smear and you can hitch it up while lying down.
It's particularly important to have a smear if you became sexually active at a young age.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs
