No amount of rules or principles can make someone sell you something they don't want to.
They were quite honest in their explanation, they could have said they sent it and it was lost in the post, or it got stolen or the cat ate it or whatever.

It is annoying but you can't make him give it to you, maybe he did an auction starting at 99p and added a £30 BIN hoping he would get more than 99p (or £1.50) it backfired on him so now he's come up with this.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160
