Coloured tyres...

How hard could it be to make tyres that rather than have wear indicators, have red coloured rubber? So that when the tyres wear down, they change from black to red.

It upsets me at the number of cars on the road with bald tyres.

sad truth is most knackered tyres are on decent looking motors driven by decent looking people.
  • true, I had a woman give me plenty verbal when i pointed out her tyres were right through to the canvas on her 56 plate a4 when she parked next to me but left her steering on full lock when she got out the car. sh wasnt happy. But there are a lot of cars out there that you can smell the neglect from 50 feet away that never seem to get noticed unless they commit the heinous crime of doing 80 on the motorway.

Some truth in that comment. It amazes me that people can spend £20k on a car and be too mean to spend £100 on a Bluetooth car kit.
