Till-spit vouchers for extra Tesco Clubcard points

I have had one till spit the last two weeks both on a Tuesday for £4 off a £20 spent.

I'm a newbie to these board but I got a till spit tonight - 30 points when I spend £1.60 or more on crisps, nuts etc. I used my £46 vouchers saved towards my shopping and can't wait to see what I earn next year with all the tips I've picked up from this board! I love Mr T!!:D

For the third Saturday running I have received a till-spit for £8 off a £40 shop. I hope this continues!

Hi guys, i've got just under 3000 points now and not once received a till spit, Any ideas why ?

try checking your account I had this problem getting coupons and mailing
only to realise I had;nt ticked yes.
when I changed it I had £4 off £20 shop for the next month and tons of till

Got a golden 750 on a £30 spend on womens clothing. Voucher was accepeted at min £30 spend before the current 20% clothing discount was applied. Ended up paying £28 for a £35 cashmere cardi, with £30 of Deals in the Bank

I used my new shiny clubcard hoping to generate a till spill but nothing, used old faithful today and got one for half price pizza

Don't know if this has been posted anywhere on this thread before, but people are actualoly selling their till spits on ebay! one for 750 points if you spend £30 on womens clothes is currently selling for over £16! can't believe it!!
Am unsure but isn't the till spit only able to be used by the clubcard that it was generated by?

To answer your last point first.....happily, no!

The art of picking up discarded till-spits and using them yourself (or picking up clubcard-less receipts with a barcode at the bottom and claiming the points at CS) is called 'wombling' on this forum. Anyone can use these points, but go easy with the receipts as Tesco HO have sent out letters to those who overdo the 'manual point adding' at CS (I got one!).

Till-spits can be used unnoticed though. So can other people's points coupons (the blue ones with your surname on that you get with your Clubcard mailing, the Wine Club ones, etc.). The surname doesn't get noticed and the points go to the card you use at the till.

I have bought till-spits and named Tesco points coupons on eBay in the past, and £16 is about right for a 750-pointer as it's worth £30 in Deals. Better to find them for free in the trolleys or car-parks though, or even left by the carrier bags at the till. Grab em!

Have a look on Monday and Tuesday, that's when most are generated.
