I was a ClubCard member for over a year before I got my first Till Spit
I spend very little in Tesco and what till spit do I get £3 of a £30.00 spend!
Don't think I'll get to use it.0 -
Hi,
All you have to do with the 3 off £30 spend is buy one or two non-food items that add up to £30 or more (e.g. DVDs, crackers, a toy, clothing, etc). Use the coupon at the till.
Then change your mind and take your purchase(s) back within 28 days and you will get a full refund (the £3 on your receipt won't be mentioned).
HTH,......or you could send it to me(anything you need as a swap, pm me?!).

... What did it say Coupon' ? ... Did they deduct any ?
... How many do you/did you put in if that is not an impolite (spelling?) question ... ?
I put in maybe 200 'womble' points a week ... but put in 330 just yesterday!LittleBill ... "The riches of a man can be measured by what he can do without"0 -

Hi LittleBill,
Well I can't recall exactly what it said, but it was along the lines of:
'we have noticed that you have had a high number of manual points adjustments in recent weeks and were wondering if there was a problem we can help with (lost card etc). I would remind you of the specific t&cs of your Clubcard which state that points are to be obtained by using your card at the till or online...'
So it was only a warning really, but enough to stop the wombling! No points were deducted thank goodness.
I think it was because I kept adding small ones, every little 5-pointer I found, and on odd occasions I added the same points twice as the CS had not scribbled through the barcode first time......
I reckon if you add points from receipts dated the same date as you shopped at the same store, it's pretty obvious to HO that you had your clubcard that day. What I do now is mainly use my own Clubcard for purchases but also carry a second keyfob from a relative's account, which I occasionally use too (as I do some shopping for that relative).
If I find a big receipt I check the date on it and I add the points to the card that I did NOT use that day. I also no longer bother with 'tiddlers' as far as receipts are concerned, I now prefer to look for till-spits/named coupons that people have dropped!PRIVATE 'PCN'? Sorry to be uncharacteristically curt, but all your posts are like this and I wonder if you read the first post of any thread (or even if you are doing it deliberately...?).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

A ''Till Spit'' is an extra receipt given to you at the Tills (just after you have been given your shopping receipt). Till Spits are usually for 'x amount of extra Club Card Points when you buy x product ' or sometimes they are money off vouchers.Busy working Mum of 3

Monday and 2 till spits ...
Starting to get the hang of this ... rather than chopping and changing between my cards on 3 plus shops per week ... if I only use one exclusive card per week I get more spits ... I know .. I know .. slow!
150 points when you spend £7 on Pet Care ... not a trial with two dogs!
200 points when you spend £8 on Baby/Toddler Clothing ... Super!
Happy!LittleBill ... "The riches of a man can be measured by what he can do without"0
