Till-spit vouchers for extra Tesco Clubcard points

Got a 300pts when you spend £15 on luggage till spit today and a £2 of £20 in the same transation! That a first for me- 2 together. Had a bout 3 of the £2 off ones though.

oh is it till spit week ? after turning my attentions to reducing my debts and creating £1,000 in 2 months, my tescoing has been somewhat curtailed.

I did win my first MSE competition today - £100 to spend on a shopping web site - all very exciting and great fun.

where's ella2002 when I need her she used to remind me about till spits - I may just have to pop into my store tomorrow to check

I used to enter lots of competitions, don't do that anymore due to some awful time constraints. I now hardly ever enter 5 competitions per week (I do enter some of the daily ones though). I miss comping, and miss the people on the Competitions board a lot.

Anyway, just wanted to say that in 6 months of comping, I won approx. £500 worth of stuff (online and offline) - so surprising for someone like me who thought she didn't stand much of a chance. Yep, winning is definitely possible. :cool:

It was 7.15 I stood at the till and my usual SA said the words, how many bags and how many vouchers ................ to which I replied "none" and an eerily silence began.

I paid for my purchases with cash and did 3 transactions as I was buying shopping for other people. Only one card produced any till spits:

free chewing gum and 50 points when I buy Now magazine.

The SA said why didn't I use my voucher and get the free gum whilst I was in store, but I said I'd pass and do it another time.

Gosh this former tesco-holic has really slowed down lately.
