I have a visa clubcard and a blue one. I buy almost all my shopping on the visa, but only get till spits on the blue which I use once a fortnight on till spit day, spending about £10-20. Yesterday I got a till spit for £3 off if you spend £20 instore or online - tee hee, they think I dont spend much in tesco!0

Last week I got a 100 points when you buy Tampax Compaq till spit.
I wasn't going to bother but I bought some Tesco's own tampons (76p) and thought I would give it a try.
Sure enough it gave me the 100 points ... woohoo!!!0 -
I've not had a till spit now for four weeks. It is a bit worrying becase my shopping patterns have changed radically. With the glut of cloths/toiletry and health coupons I now reguarly do much large shops, over £30, tend to do my big shops at the weekend using different Tescos every weekend and I tend to use the points vouchers that comes from the wine/food/baby clubs as quickly as possible after they arrive. I wonder if Mr Ts computer has picked up on this?
Couponing has meant I have also developed deep paronia even though I am mostly buying the right items to go with the right coupons I still feel all eyes are on me at the tills and CCTVs are following me as I go around town
I also think the couponing will come to an end before long but while Tesco are still dishing out the coupons they cant complain. It gives them an edge over any other supermarket. If they introduce a blanket rule of one coupon per shop then I will just split my shop into very small piles. If they introduce a blanket rule of only 10% of your shopping like Asda has around here then I will be splitting my shopping list up so I just get my shopping from wherever is cheapestor or whover has the best offers on.
We are fortunate aroud here in having most of the supermarkets but I think it must be miserable for those who only have a Somerfield or a Co-op, very over priced and no coupons allowed.
In the meantime I am stockpiling all the non perishable things I can and also keeping the freezer full to bursting so when the day comes and couponing is no more Tesco wont be seeing very much of me

I haven't used my cc on every shop lately, but worried I may have used it more than I should have. I think the fact that my coupons seem to be checked very carefully lately is making me paranoid, lol.
The fact that the coupon policy, especially on H&B, So Beautiful and Quit Packs has tightened up so soon after I started my couponing career may just be feeding my paranoia.
I have got a niggly feeling there could be a clamp down on newspaper coupons though, especially after this weeks glut. I've noticed that The Times and The Daily mail are selling out before I even get there.. just as well the Co-op can be visited en-route.. and I have scissors in the car.. :rotfl:“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Spent £4 this morning, got a till spit for buying pate, cooked meats or poultry (25 extra points). Just like the one for buying cheese, I've got this lots of times before. Very useful nevertheless.'Into every abyss I still bear the blessing of my affirmation' (Friedrich Nietzsche)0

I think I would switch to adsa if tesco stop taking coupons as they are generally better anyway. I have not had much luck with using coupons for a month now and it has hit my budget quite badly!3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

Gosh, had trouble finding this thread!! I thought I'd share my news and make it re-surface
.
Over the last couple of weeks my 3 ClubCards generated two till spits, one for £4 off wys £40 and the other for £6 off wys £40. They had different barcodes. My shopping bill never gets to £40 as I tend to do lots of little shops most days of the week, esp when all the H&B coupons were about. So I was in half a mind to put the spits on PTS for swapping but hadn't got round to doing that. Now, this week I have been goodand NOT been to Mr T every day, but planning a bigger shop which I did this morning. My total went over £60  , but the good news is that BOTH till spits were accepted, so that was an immediate £10 off my shopping!! Final total was around half of original, so about £30 after various MOCs AND this generated a petrol till spit
. A good start to the w/e, me thinks.
So worth hanging on to those till spits as they DO combine :T .🥳🥳 SW -6st 3.5lbs 🥳🥳0 -
