Vaguely back to the subject of till spits - I want to get one for Small & Mighty too as I've just been reading reviews online and it's supposed to be really good. :)

    hi,
I am fairly new to all this clubcard collecting and wondered if anyone could give me some tips to boost my points. I seem to have used all the codes that are about. I see some people have a few different accounts open how does this work with the points? Can you combine them? If I do this do I have to use a different bank card when paying?
Also I wanted to build up enough points to get my mum & dad an airballoon ride for christmas. Does anyone know if i can do this or do I have to go as well as the card is in my name
Thanks for any advice and sorry if this has already been asked.

Join all the Tesco clubcard clubs, wine club, healthy eating, baby and toddler, and food clubs. They send you mailings with extra points that you can use or swap.

Try to get hold of some Health and Beauty leaflets (peach coloured). They have money off and extra points (see the H & B voucher thread for more info)

Open a few Tesco accounts so that you can use each code on all of them, just use variations of your name, i.e Samantha Jones, Sam Jones. When you open the account just tick that you don't have a clubcard and they will allocate a new number to you. I also use a different email address for each acccount.

I'm sure others will be able to add more

Got a till spit on Monday, same one as i got last time, same one i ALWAYS get...no blo00dy use to me...teach me to let DD borrow card.

And before anyone asks....LH using a CC???......i ALWAYS try one on a Monday on a small shop.

I get them fortnightly on a Monday. It is this Monday Welshy
  • I hardly ever get till spits, even though I usually visit Mr T on a Monday. When I do they are rarely very useful. :(

I haven't used my cc on every shop lately, but worried I may have used it more than I should have. I think the fact that my coupons seem to be checked very carefully lately is making me paranoid, lol.

The fact that the coupon policy, especially on H&B, So Beautiful and Quit Packs has tightened up so soon after I started my couponing career may just be feeding my paranoia. :D

I have got a niggly feeling there could be a clamp down on newspaper coupons though, especially after this weeks glut. I've noticed that The Times and The Daily mail are selling out before I even get there.. just as well the Co-op can be visited en-route.. and I have scissors in the car.. :rotfl:
