My latest theory is that you reduce your chances of a till spit if you use a manufacturers coupon.

Ha ha .... me thinks verily not .... :rotfl:

I got 5 last fortnight and 1 yesterday all on 'heavily couponed' shops ... although points balance may have something to do with it ... or perhaps you get more till spits 'early' in the quarter ... I can remember them fizzling out at the end of the last quarter ....

NEW ONES! ..... Oh my hat ... I had given up trying to keep up but I'm definitely giving up now .... :rotfl:

I got 2 Till-spits today from one £14 shop to which I contributed 46p ... or not in this case as it was on a Tescon £5 Moneycard from a complaint ... that wonky ham I didn't like the look of Welshy ... Have you heard about that hare caught in your stew .... ?

    100 Points on Finish Q 24 .... Expensive I imagine!

100 Points on Always Ultra with Silk ...

... which I got a sample of the other day and are very nice ... as those sort of things go ... for the ladies in the audience ... :o

If I do buy Finish it tends to be the 'Classic' one ... Very useful to know as if it works on the salt it may work on any Finsh product ...

1Kg of Finish Dishwasher powder is £2.57 ...

    Many Thanks

  • I called into Tesco this evening to use another telegraph till spill

The lady in front of me at the checkout didn't have her clubcard on her as she told the CO so presumably she was going to have them added later.

She then paid and out came a till spill for 100 points:eek:

I was in shock - a till spill and she'd not used a CC

Then my turn and wait for it..........

    NOTHING

    Bl**dy typical

So you can get till spills without using a clubcard!

I'm sure I'm cursed, I always get ones for ready made meals... now what good is that to a die hard OS soul I ask you!!! :rotfl: Never anything on fresh veg or fruit nooooo I mean why should I get ones that are USEFULL...

However I do get the occasional ones that are of use... 30 points if I spend £1.30 or more on cheese (easypeasy). I have one at the moment for 30 points if I spend £1.60 on juice which could come in handy as I do drink a fair amount of juice. As we have joint cards OH gets them too... interstingly he got the one with 100 points on purchases of the always whatevers... and chucked it!!!!! :eeek: I could have HIT him!
