Really? She'd have to refund postage too? Didn't know that, thought it would just be the item value.
So now the question is, do I take her offered refund of £2.50 or go ahead with the dispute to get my postage back as well?Sigless0 -

Ask for the full wack as you would get it anyway with Paypal. At the very least let her knock off the postage that it cost her but you want most of it back.0 -
I asked for the full refund but she's declined. Will paypal still do something even though she's offered a refund on the item price minus postage?Sigless0

If she's declined a full refund (inc. p&p) then I would start a PayPal dispute.-->♥<-- Sugar Coated Owl -->♥<--

Yeah, full refund has been declined. I just wasn't sure if paypal would do anything seeing as she's offered me a refund of the item price. Especially seeing as she's insisting they're as stated.Sigless0

Just to update. Thanks everyone for the advice. I went ahead and put the claim in, provided tracking number to prove I'd returned the item and paypal found in my favour today, recovering me 0.34p, less than return postage cost.
So after all that I don't have the item or the cash, ah well lol. Still, I get to leave a neg as they've already left my FB.
Once again, thanks for the advice people.Sigless0 -
Why was the recovery so little?0

It will be because the seller doesn't have enough money in account, as soon as seller gets a payment through or adds funds to account the rest will come through for you.2025 - finally back comping after a stressful house move - send me fairy dust please!

Yeah, I figured that was it. Got an email from paypal stating as much tonight. Still a bit miffed as now I have neither the item nor my money back but it was only £4.50, could be much worse.Sigless0 -
