Vodafone 1000 free payt texts?

Hi everyone, quick question for you.

I'm sure I remember seeing an email recently offering me 1000 free texts once I'd registered a new sim card with vodafone. I've just registered one and was wondering if anyone else received this offer? Not sure if I've missed the offer now cause Im sure it was at least a month ago.

Can anyone help?

are you sure what you saw wasnt virgin with them you get a 1000 free texts per mnth until end of sept.

No, it was definately vodafone.

It takes 28 days for the text pack to be activated. You receive 2 £15 text packs (500 texts each).

30. Free 1000 texts offer Terms and Conditions
This offer applies to new Pay as You Talk handsets and prepay SIM Packs purchased between 28 April and 30 June 2006, which make a chargeable call between 28 April 2006 and 30 June 2006 (“Qualifying Connections”).
Vodafone will credit each Qualifying Connection’s prepay account with 1000 standard text messages provided the customer registers their purchase with Vodafone between 28 April and 31 July 2006 by calling 17298 from the relevant handset and following the instructions. The credit will be in the form of two £15 text packs (“Free Packs”) each entitling the customer to 500 standard text messages. Terms and conditions apply to the use of text packs for details call 2345 or visit https://www.vodafone.co.uk.
The Free Packs will usually be applied 28 days after registration. If you have an existing text pack or packs then the Free Packs will be applied after those packs have been used up.
