Not really peach..more like pale nude...........highlights in nude and this new palest pinky/nude that just arrived. Otherwise, it's cerise and brights as highlights on Black...or all black, the most popular. This is one of mine. and this no's 3, 4 and 5 from top left.
Well done fc. I wondered what the Ross one was. You're getting pretty mainstream now. :T0 -

Ladies. I often wonder what it is with shoes?
I'm a female and so do I!
I have one pair of trainers and one pair of shoes and that is it.
Late one for me today, been a bit of a rush around today as James was up the hospital seeing the hand specialist. He came out complete with a rather snazzy thumb/hand split contraption to help him when he has to write a lot..the hand specialist is also writing a letter for the exam board so that he can be allowed to use a laptop/have extra time during his GCSE's.
Also had my assignment score come back today, I am very pleasantly surprised and chuffed with it.
I've got to ring our local physio though as James' knees now keep giving away and the specialists he has been referred to are not looking at those bits of his body! (Shoulders, hands and wrists yes, back, knees or anywhere else, no).
I've felt a little under the weather, completely exhausted and a bit woozy but hopefully a weekend (well it's one night) at my parents caravan this weekend (opening season party) will help there especially we will be staying in my parents caravan so less stress for me!We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.

And for me it's lipsticks and nail polishes too. I'm a bit lazy with handbags and all that faffing about changing the contents from one to the other.
For me, it's books.
I have just the one handbag....We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. Still, we have been underground and invisible for 24 years or so makes a changeI couldn't have compromised the way we have say 10 years back but am very happy to adapt and we now produce to a particular demographic....for now. The discipline has been good for me too.
It may come over a bit arrogant but our boutique had ''customers' who worked for major chain groups so nice to be in the thick of it and deliver the raw ideas direct to the public in a manistream environment.
Stuff going on that I can't post online but all good plus I had an LBM this weekend and went up to factory to sort it out today. I am good at doing stuff for my own age group (but not making it at the mo) and this weekend highlighted a few things so we are launching an off shoot range, independently, in August that will retail to a different customer demographic and be sold via indies instead.
This makes it sound like a larger enterprise than it actually will be but it's been brewing in my head for a while...just hadn't had much head time to work it out.
I found out that the new tenant of my old store is off after only 7 months...so it will become vacant and I am thanking an invisible force above for the downturn in retail in my area, for my corp LL being such an unreasonable a$$ which led us to stop 'flogging a dead horse' and fighting for the 'right to be an independent retailer'.......we just left (tho' it cost 26k) and pursued a whole new business model but with the same skills we have always had.
I wouldn't have done it otherwise and I absolutely love it as we haven't altered our ideals, the way we manufacture or anything but reach a far wider customer base than we could ever have reached alone.
What we do now I was offerred in 2003 and turned it down...doh (!) but hindsight and all that......0 -
oh forgot to add...the off shoot range for not so young women is mainly being done as I have run out of stuff to wear, so make myself bits and bobs (like the CC dress but mid calf for example) and then get asked if we sell them too.0

It sounds so positive and fun FC (although I am sure it is very hard work). That CC dress was exactly the sort of thing I used to wear...when I had the figure and youth! Used to send a few blood pressures increasing I can tell you, especially when I teamed it with stockings and a suspender belt!We made it! Maybe fc, but some current retail/net models were too early 7 years ago and you could have folded quicker than a house of cards. Don't beat yourself up over hindsight, just enjoy the phenomenal job you're doing now. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing?
