Come on down me dear. The South is strange. Be any where near that Londin and it`s scary prices but the cities on the coast, I`m thinking Kent, bits of Hants and Devon it`s not too bad.

Strange thing is that we can be in London (well the outskirts anyway by car - 1 hour and 10 mins to London Liverpool street by train) in just over an hour.....yet we are classed as being just outside the commuter belt for house prices.

Hence why a fair few live here and work near or in London....
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.

I got a large (400g) toblerone this morning. My son picked it up in the supermarket last week and asked me to buy it for him to give to me today.
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

I like your part of the world Sue. Spent many a trip up there years ago. Have friends in North Walsham.

Little story for you. Years ago Mrs. P and myself were staying with our friends. We popped in a pub in Horsey, about 12 miles from where they were in North Walsham. This was in the late 70`s. A local bloke started chatting to us. He asked where we were staying. We told him. His reply " Ah, I`ve been there, wouldbe about 3 years before the war ".
