Ah, James. You can answer one of those questions that I've been gagging to know the answer to - can you stand up at a James concert:D?
Dara O'Briain has a book out at the moment called 'Tickling the English' which is on my must read list. Anyone read it? I'd love to see him. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

I have at every gig I've been to!:)
The irony is that at many of their gigs, the audience have sat down en masse when they've played that song! Happened to me once when I saw them at Birmingham NEC. Big standing area. Had no choice in the fact that everyone (me included) had to sit on the floor, owing to the close proximity of the crowd.
Completely ruined me trousers!:(
Still one of the best 3 live bands I've ever seen.
I'll feedback on Dara. Always found him to be very funny!
Rich all has just announced a tour too.:)It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0 -
And hope you sleep better Sue
.
I did! Studied until 2am and then went right off until 6.30 this morning.
Good to hear you are feeling better today Lir...anyone want my cough that youngest saw fit to give me? Bloody thing makes me sound like a wheezy old bloke! :rotfl:We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
Davesdave, davesnave....whoohoooooooo. Please can you give me some advice? Dahlias...I'm gonna try again.. is now ok to plant them do you think?
We had a bed that basically is bit of a right-off as it is, it has a dapnhne, and some glorious baoque irs, but .....well...then kind of drops off....and I put some euphorbia in, and I have some dahlias and glads I bought, in oranges and pinks...I'm hoping it will look like a crazy sunset: it might just look a terrible mess....0 -
I think its marginal... I think you could plant them here (kent), but personally unless growing in quantity I would plant them in pots at first, with compost, since slugs love to eat them. We've only had success when we plant them almost fully grown.“The ideas of debtor and creditor as to what constitutes a good time never coincide.”
