I have collected and sold items with paypal that have been picked up in person. If I do it, I make sure they and I sign a statement (2 actually so we both get a copy) I prepare in advance to confirm they have collected the item.
After that, all is well.0 -

Unfortunately, this does not comply with paypals needs to have tracking confirmation on-line, so you would still lose a paypal claim for item not as received0 -
