  • Here's my belated meal plan for this week:

Using up a lot of things from the freezer, so it's not the most challenging of meal plans!

    Monday: Home-made pizza and salad
Tuesday: Lentil lasagne and salad (or broccoli/peas/corn)
    Wednesday: Chicken curry
Thursday: Sausage, mash, cabbage and broccoli
    Friday: cheesy spaghetti
Saturday: Out (buffet style tea at mums)
Sunday: Out for Mothers Day lunch - ham, egg, chips for tea (depending on how full we are).

Please can I join the thread? I'd like to go through the cupboards and freezer working out what I've got and seeing how long I can make the big tescos shop last!

    Thanks
