Your meal plan sounds lovely! Can I ask how you make chutney chicken, please, as I rather fancy the sound of it?
And have a lovely time in Mexico - that sounds nicer still!Back after a very long break!0 -
That sounds really tasty - I've been wondering what to do with some chicken pieces that are sitting in the freezer, and now I think I have my answer! :beer:Back after a very long break!0

Making this up as I go along!
Monday Cauliflower, Brocolli, Leek and bacon cheese, with rolls
Tuesday Left over above (hopefully) with Sausage crispbakes
Weds Chicken Stuffed with Mozzerella and pesto, Rosemarry and garlic pots and veg
Thurs Salmon and Brocolli pasta
Friday. Jacket Potatoes, Beans and sausages.
Saturday. We shall see
Sunday. As above (renovating house, so depends, how we get on!)Pawpurrs x0 -
The chorizo and kale carbonara was GOOD! However, my kale was past its best and suitable for rabbits only really, so we had it with frozen peas instead, and used vermouth rather than white wine (better than opening a bottle that we would then have to drink :rotfl:
Tuesday night is now lamb chops, celeriac and beetroot dauphinoise (leftover from Sunday) and peas
Rest of the week, hopefully as the plan0
