o2 £10 simplicity and Quidco

Signed up last weekend when Quidco was £100 on all o2 monthly contracts of 12 months but later went down to £50 for the £10 deal.
Got my new sim today but o2 have me as new customer from 27th Feb yet Quidco is yet to track, is this normal ?
Billing date is 15th of the month

Give it a few more days and if it doesn't track raise a ticket, that's all you can do. Good luck!0

It was but last friday it said all tariffs then changed to £20 tariffs over the weekend0
