help needed finding best contract

Turned to you all here for some much needed help!

I am looking to swap my phone to a K800i.

I am currently on Orange and am on contract until Sept. 26th

They called to offer me an upgrade but said I would need to pay £100 to upgrade to the K800i.

I have been shopping round and have found some deals but most only have 100 texts where as I need at least 500.

I looked on 02 (Don't want to go back on Vodafone) and they do 750 mins and 750 texts for £35 p/m which I think is a great deal, now here comes the but......

As I am tied in on Orange the cheapest they can reduce my current contract to would be £19. So I really want a company that are offering so many months half price line rental and if poss a free PSP.

So to summarise I want a K800i on any network bar Vodafone for £35 p/m with if poss 500+ texts free PSP and half price rental.

Any ideas all help is appreciated!

I don`t know if this will help you at all, but I am with Orange and I want this phone. They quoted me £100 but reduced it to £29.99 when I said I was going over to 3. My contract is £25 p.m.
