Glad that B had it when she was 1....wasn't so bad and she didn't really understand the scratching

Shingles can be quite debilitating too and last a while so I'd be careful. I had chicken pops (pox) when I was at primary school so I've had it (and my little sister has scars from where she scratched)

Decisions.....do I go for a walk or for a bike ride?

  • Morning all,

It's lovely and sunny here. :j:j

So far I've been busy at work . Plus HR are in the office today, so I'm going to have to curb my MSE browsing.

Bunny - good luck for next Tuesday.

Elfen - it's lovely day outside today go for a bike ride.

Sally - sorry to hear B's got chicken pox. Sending lots of love and best wishes her way.

Right back to the grindstone I go!

    Quiet in here isn't it?
Haven't gone for a ride yet but have done 35 mins twisty/rowy and paid some of Vanquis off.
Think I might leave doing work for today, I always do work and it goes wrong sometimes.

    Afternoon all

Chilly here too...that wind is nasty...mind you we might have snow down this way at the weekend so it might get colder.

Popped to town and the library, DH kept vanishing off on his rented wheels, it was like having a toddler and them keep running off. :D

Ordered some photo mothers day cards mentioned on the grabbit board, they arrived today and they're lovely and for 50p each, a bargin!

Sam - Hope Chloes feeling better soon - the pox can be nasty and shingles even worse as it comes back time and time again.....My mum caught shingles when she worked at a playschool years and years ago, she gets a bout of them everytime she's run down, all over her face and round her eyes..looks horrible and feels even worse.

Hi all. At work and extremely stressed - too much work, not enough time. Looking forward to my 3 day weekend (although DD1 is home from Uni so I prob won't be as lazy as I feel like being). Catch up with you all later.
