Carphone warehouse activating sim

I bought a t mobile sim off ebay which was bought with a phone and it didn't have the £20 credit. I registered and checked top up history

02-Jan-2010 Prepayment £20.00 24-Feb-2010 Prepayment £-20.00

It is exactly 50 days when they removed it. Does anyone know about this and is there a way to get the credit back? Obviously I can get a full refund off seller but would like to help him out

i would check with t-mobile as the networks have a thing in the T&C's which say if you dont make a chargable call in like 30-60 days they can remove the credit

I called Tmobile and they said the £20 was transfered to another number, now i'm confused why would the seller not cancel the sale, or cancel the transaction.

Is it definitely him being dodgy or could the guy from tmobile be mistaken and its gone back to carphone warehouse?

i work for CPW so we dont return credit, we cant, networks dont allow it. and t-mobile will not transfer credit between numbers on payg, so they are lieing
