Getting ITV HD on sky

got sky coming tomorrow to install sky HD and just wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of how to get ITV HD I know its not part of the advertised package but have heard some people at work talking about how they got it by updating there box or something. Really could do with it to watch the weekends footy in HD

Go to the Add Channels menu and use the following settings:
11.427 for frequency

You can then access via the other channels menu
