I am miffed off at having a direct debit date which does not suit me.
I contacted my provider and they told me they did not have the facility for me to select my own date.
Does anyone know of a mobile company who allow you to select the date your monthly DD is taken from you account?
Virgin mobile informed me it was decided by the day your SIM card was activated and nothing can be done about it.
