Get out of Orange Contract
Comments
-
You wont be able to leave a contract, your locked into it. They will charge you the amount of months left x monthly contract price.
Only thing you can do is call them and see if theres any upgrades available, but the blackberry is one of their premium phones so its unlikely you will get that.
Only other thing to do im afraid is buy a no-frills phone and ride it out.Learning to be 'good with money'0 -
If the phone has gone wrong then they should repair or replace it surely? I thought phones came with a 2 year warrantee now.0

Hi - does anyone know a way of getting out of a 24mth contact with Orange? The original phone has crapped out, need a Blackberry, which I can get cheaper tarrifs on now.
Many thanks
Absolutely no problem. You simply tear up the contract, go back on your word, keep the phone you got for free and the philanthropic networks wish you well and call it quits.
The same thing is now available on marriage contracts. If after 10 years and a couple of kids you find a younger, prettier lady, then all you have to do is take the current one along to the Registry office you signed the original contract at and the Registrar will happily accept her back, giving you their blessing on the new one and you, safe in the knowledge that, if at the forthcoming reception, a bridesmaid happens to catch your eye, then you can do the same thing again.
This also works with HP agreements for cars, mortgages and a host of other things where contracts are involved. After all, they aren't binding, are they?0 -
