Help with letter to work..re wages

Oh good lord how complicated is this!! I just don't want/need the holidays!! I understand that any time i take off is unpaid but i will have effectively been paid it..in a way!..i work 6am-8am so this is why i dont usually need to take it off unless we are actually away..i can normally swap days or do a sat or sun or go in earlier to make up the days too if i lose a days pay as such via holiday..they are very easy going and willing which is good so after a year if it is not working i will return to normal. I have not used any as yet and have no reason too (apart from the 2 mornings i am way at the end of this month but not sure when this is starting from yet so will keep an eye on that!

Will update with whatever they come back with! (having prob changed my mind lol!!
