Can you update malwarebytes now (That file, even though direct from them is quite a bit out of date)

I assume kasperskys still not playing ball either?

try the HOSTSXPERT file again. As malwarebytes has finally managed to remove a part of the problem it might work after that

Kaspersky will still not work, I have done the HOSTSXPERT file again.
