    no where near it, we had divorce procedings live at court from 1999 and i told him this had to be closed first,


    Sorry, I don't understand, if you've been getting divorced since 1999 why on earth did he sign up to a contact for you.

    I agree with Skylight, just give him the damn thing, stop paying the contract and get rid.

    you can get a new all singing,a ll dancing laptop for £350 nowadays if you're after a hard core gaming laptop. Give everything back to him, tell him he's petty and then leave him well alone i think is the best thing.
