Fair enough.

You need to address thoughts like this one though on your site. An idea of the floor area would be good (with some kind of a disclaimer).

When I copy/paste the text from one of the pages, it reads, probably as it should;

"One of the most attractive features of this property is the spectacular views from the 21ft roof terrace on the 1st floor and garden. During the spring lambs can be seen playing inches from the garden, and on New Years Eve & Bonfire night, Fireworks can be seen over much of Bristol."

but displayed in my browser, it shows

"One of the most attractive features spectacular views from the 21ft roof garden. During the spring lambs can the garden, and on New Years Eve & be seen over much of Bristol."

The aerial view points out the River and the Pub - is the Pub REALLY the most important feature you wanted to point out?

Do you REALLY want to show so many pictures of it in the snow?
