Just to clear up this
Nothing! Absolutely nothing will ever beat the taste of the real thing!
Coke is great but i tend to think it goes down a bit sticky iykwim. Love the new Coke Zero but even Coca Cola cant match the taste of PEPSI MAX :j

Whether its diet pepsi or diet coke I'll drink it as long as it's from a can or glass bottle. I can't stand that plastic taste of bottled pop.
There seems to be a bit of a lean period at the moment for 2 for 1 offers. Does anyone know of a supermarket that's got cans on offer at present? I've got a three can a day habit so prefer not to pay full price as I have had to this week.0 -
I did blind trial with kids. Without a doubt, Lidl's premium brand tasted exactly the same as coke. I find the six pack 500ml bottle handy for the car - they sit in the drink holder. At around a pound for 6 this is the price of 1 500ml at motorway services ( and I save them to refill from the large bottle-but don't do this too many times as the plastic deteriorates)stay lucky!

Problem with the 2 lt is they go flat unless you have a tip to keep the fizz in?The measure of love is love without measure0

The Cola zero is an attempt by Coke to take back some of the Max drinkers but just didnt cut the ice for me but was there best effort yet.
Son showed me a stupid thing the other day with Coke. You throw some Mentoes quickly into a full bottle and watch it go (do this in the garden or else lol). Theres even sites dedicated to it.
Ya like this, man just what is this stuff doing to our stomachs?

Ever treid "Rola Cola "..... ;-))
Managed to get my teenaged kids off the Cola stuff... & they happily drink filtered water from fridge.....
Its full of sugar / sweetners the lot of it.... was it about 13 dessert spoons of sugar in every 2 litres I read somewhere ??.... no wonder it doesn't get rid of your thirst !!0 -
