Please Help! Suggestions/Advice needed for May/June 2-week holiday

Hello,
We had looked at some nice places in the Greek Islands (Santorini) but these were £600 without any food/drink so the overall cost would be going up a lot with that added cost. We'd also considered Morocco, Portugal (doing a rental and Easyjet flights) but just can't decide!
CAN ANYONE HELP?? Thoughts/suggestions greatly appreciated!
