iPhone 3GS 32GB - T-Mobile Contract?

Hi there,
I am currently with T-Mobile and my Flext 40 + web'n'walk (18 months) contract expires this Friday. I got the Nokia N96 phone when I first took out the contract but later sold it and bought the Nokia N97 on T-Mobile (same sim/contract). Am bored of the Nokia N97 now and like the look of the Iphone 3GS 32GB In Black.
Sadly, T-Mobile don't have the Iphone 3GS in Store, is there any way to get this phone on T-Mobile? The lady in store told me to try Chitter Chatter on the internet, but I can't see the Iphone on there website and I have emailed them but had no reply.
T-Mobile have always had the best deals in my opinion, I like the flext price plans. I think compared to T-Mobile, Vodafone, Orange and 02 are a bit tight and don't give much away.
I am looking for an 18 month contract for £30-£35 a month with unlimited internet, unlimmited texts and a decent amount of call minutes but there price plans don't give much away.
I've noticed Tesco are now doing the Iphone 3GS, but not sure what there network coverage is like (been told they ride on the 02 network) but would like to stick with T-Mobile if possible, if not Vodafone.
Does anyone know of any way of getting this Iphone 3GS 32GB phone on a T-Mobile Contract?
Regards
Phil

Now that T-mobile and orange have merged, I'm sure they'll offer it soon...0

True, but I don't think it will happen anytime soon, it takes a long time for big companies like that to merge and re-brand if the competition law lets them0

Don't hold out much hope, I was on a flext tariff too until last week and had been a customer for ten years plus, the deals I got offered were derisory to say the least. I did not even ask for an iphone, I have heard of people being offered these when they have threatened to leave, I wanted an HTC HD2 and the deals on offer were straight off the website so I switched networks and got an excellent deal from virgin. Since then I have been offered better deals when I phoned for the PAC code to move my number (although I didn't listen to what was on offer as I have already got my new phone), and the icing on the cake was a call from t-mobile today asking what it would take to make me stay! Bear in mind that if you get a lot of voicemail t-mobile are now also charging for this, so I'm not convinced that their deals are the best value any more, and customer loyalty is worthless too, it would seem.0

Hi Phil
Yes you can get one - I have just upgraded to an Iphone its 3GS but can't remember if 32gb (gonna collect it from post office tomorrow). Once you get your deal on the phone they will put you through to someone at Chitter who will take payment for delivery.
They dont advertise that you can get an Iphone with them - I only found out through a friend of mine.
If you want a free phone you may have to go on the £45 tarriff which includes 1200 minutes, free texts, free internet and free calls to a landline (via the flexible booster) you can choose what FB you want. Otherwise i think it may be £90 for the phone on an 18 month contract
Hope this helps
Feel free to PM me if you need any further info0 -

try chitter chatter0 -
Order it online for sure, so you have time to send it back if the signal and battery are as crap as everyone reports.0

Thats wierd mate as last month I girlfriend threatended to cancel her contract and go to 02/Orange because the 3gs wasn't available on tmobile she spoke to her Customer service advisor and she's paying 35 a month for 800 minutes, not sure about text, unltimited data usage. Just shake them up abit! :money:0 -
Find the deal you want from a competitor, then phone T Mobile, go through the options that you want to leave, and immediately ask for your PAC code, giving details of where you are moving to. Then haggle - it is obvious from on here that T Mobile have already given iphones to some customers, but I think it depends if they have a batch available.
Personally I want to try the HTC HD2, but have 5 month's left on my contract so they won't even consider upgrading me, so I will probably leave.0 -
Just call up t-mobile on 150 - press option 5 then 3 to go through to the cancellation department. Then simply ask for the i-phone. None of this ask immediatlely for your pac code as if it opens up some sort of secret door to get the i-phone. If you speak to an agent in the cancellations department it is in there best interests to save you as a customer, so if a deal is possible they will offer you it. There is no haggling involved either despite what the previous post says - there is set price plans if you would like the i-phone on upgrade, the only think you can change in the new offers for the i-phone is the Flexable boosters. (Read up more on these on the t-mobile website). I-Phone deals have been previously posted in the forum, the only i-phone t-mobile are currently offering is the 3GS 16Gb in black or white. So if you are in the final month of your contract then follow my instructions and hear the offers. But just know alot of the conversations i have been having recently is about the HTC Desire which is due out in April and the HD2 which is currently available on upgrade.
Hope this helps.0
