Lost cause with Orange

You say your price plan doesnt suit your needs. Why didnt you pick one that did suit your needs and then you would at least be 50% happy.0

in a word...no they don't, sorry if that sounds blunt.
i myself have been trying to negotiate a deal with orange. basically i'm due for renewal and the only premium handset they have that met my needs. After being branded by themselves as a band 5 (best type of customer) and never making a request for a deal etc before they were unable to offer my request for additional texts onto a standard iphone tarriff and quite happily gave me a PAC code without any delay. I'd therefore think your chances of getting the iphone here are little to none sorry
Sorry, this has nothing to do with the OP, but Orange now do unlimited texts on iPhone £35+ 24 Month tariffs. (to match O2 and Voda)0 -
I have been an Orange customer for 10+ years, I used to have phone bills exceeding £1000 a month for around 4 months when my partner was serving abroad and still average £50 spend EACH a month - when I tried to get out of the contract for the last 3 months due to losing signal where I live I have got absolutely nowhere!! LOL
In short - I dont fancy your chances mate and if you win, I will rain so much wrath on them they will fold the company LOL!!!0 -
When I read all these stories about Contracts I am so glad I am on Pay As You Go with my Nokia 5110! Simplicity is best!
Is it really worth £35 a month to have a mobile phone? The SIM only deals are really good value if you are prepared to humble yourself and not have these fancy things. After all. What's a phone for? Making a phone call! Duh!0 -
I've been on contract since I was 18 with various providers. I've finally settled on 3, and have been for the last 7 years. This year I switched to SIM Only, and I'm waiting for 'the' handset for me to come out to replace my ageing (and now very cracked) original Nokia N95. Once you remove the subsidised handset from the contract price, contracts become the better option.
For £12 a month I'm getting:
600 any network minutes
Unlimited* 3-to-3 minutes (3,000 fair use)
Unlimited* texts (3,000 fair use)
Unlimited* internet (1gb fair use)
and half-priced mobile broadband on another contract.
For the price, that's pretty amazing in my book!Starting Debt: ~£20,000 01/01/2009. DFD: 20/11/2009 :j
Do something amazing. GIVE BLOOD.0
