I soooo want to make some lollies now but I havn't got any moulds - where did you get yours from BB4U?

Don't want to spend a lot as I've no children so most probably wont use them that much, but reading these threads I can make some nice adult type flavours - plus they would be syn free on the SW diet!

Okay what is sasparilla? I remember getting sasparila drinks as a total treat when I was little, but not a clue to what it is.

Not made ice lollies for a while, DD now too old for settling for an ice lolly, would rather have a wine spritzer - aha, new idea for ice lollies!

Anyone remember the pineapple mivvies? They were just the best, my total favourite - then they stopped making them. Okay, loads of you are asking what a mivvi is. I am too old  ! Ice lolly, fruit juice on outside, icecream inside - pineapple was the best! Let no one tell you any different! :rotfl:

When DD was a tad younger, used to freeze diluting juice, but undiluted if you know what I mean! If it was watery it was wasted - so had to stop diluting, was cheaper than buying ice lollies from a shop. Yoghourt and fruit lollies went down well, home made puree of soft fruit & natural yoghourt, so sometimes added some sugar dissolved in a little hot water - actually depended on the fruit - and all based on my little darlings' taste at the time!

Probably a stupid sounding question but whereabouts in tesco did you find them? I've been after some and even our gigantic tescos doesn't have any in the kitchenwares section. Couldn't think where else in the store they might be...

Oooh don't disappoint me JenIttels - I'm going for mine tonight after work. Was there no moulds at all, or just the rocket ones.

Our Tesco's is not that huge so if your's is a giant store, what hope have I:(

I can vouch for the angel delight ones, they are gorgeous and creamy, although I use asdas own, one sachet makes about 6 lollys and they really are gorgeous

    I've seen molds in Sainsburys.

I used to love the raspberry ice lollies that were blue for some reason.
