I'm feeling sick now too.......not from a bug or too much food though. Dropped my car into the garage today as it was smelling strongly of diesel when idling. Apparently it's a common problem with the Citroens (?) and there's a leak by the fuel injectors. Cost............estimated at £400. !!!!!!. Bl00dy rubbish.

    That's poo Suzy

Where'd you try for the nails Claire? A local timber yard would sell them if they didn't sell them at a larger DIY shop, although I'd be surprised if homebase/b&q didn't sell them - they're a standard size.

    Screwfix have them here

been to b&q jewsons and robert price none have 1"1/4 ones, suppose its not raining so the roof will have to wait till i find them, everythings soaking here anyway so a few more days isn't going to do much more damage.

was thinking of walking down to the pound shop to see if they had them, or are the ones i need special ones?

    Grrrr I iz really cross

Just rung my niece who is trying to find work - she went for her New Deal interview and told them she has moved in with her boyfriend (which she has) so they have quite rightly in this day and age told her she is not entitled to JSA cos he earns too much and he should be supporting her.........

Not got a problem with that, well I have but its the law so that is that. However, when my niece asked her if there was any point in carrying on signing on the woman said NO!!! She said they couldn't find her the calibre of job she was looking for so there was no point.

That IS wrong isn't it...I am not just being a numpty am I? Maintaining a NI contribution record, access to New Deal and stuff......grrrrrrrr

I have sent her to complain and try to get back on it with no break.....poor girl..she is terrified....

Sammy, she can still sign on for NI credits and back to work help - otherwise they're !!!!!.

Suzy OMG! That's an expensive "fault"

Ok, the hair has been chopped, it's now two tone and lot more toned down so not so garish - altho people keep stopping me (mainly grungy/goth types) and telling me it looks cool. Now I just have to deal with having lesbian shouted at me....*sigh* Also got some stuffs for said hair, waxing kit for legs (what am I thinking!) and some cheap 17 promo stuff outta Boots....is good for extra pressies I guess.
