We've got some adult space hoppers at work (don't ask), they had a race down the middle of the office for Children in Need last year :rotfl:Don't Take Life too Seriously - Nobody gets out alive :rotfl:0

Night night, those that are going.
I really fancy an early night too but I've got internet shopping coming. My back aches like an achy thing, and I could really do with lying down, but it's not comfortable even then really.
Ohh, me and Ryan are doing the Sport Relief mile, so we are training together! It's fab. He could make a decent runner if he stuck at it. He tries to go too fast and gets tired quickly, but when he slows down, he can run a fair distance, bless him. Dead proud. Even just sitting on an adult space hopper/gym ball is beneficial - it's an unstable surface, so your muscles are constantly making micro-corrections, to stop you falling off, which helps strengthen your core.
Not sure you would see vast improvements that way, but every little helps!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250
