Any ideas for best deals for upgrades from CPW please??

We have held 2 accounts with CPW for 3 years now, with the last 12 mths both on Anytime 125 tariff and Samsung A-800 handsets.
I'm looking for best deal for upgrade (incl. handset) for my average usage - 100mins peak, 25mins off-peak, 60-70 texts. Would also like Bluetooth, MP3, FM radio, camera and e-mail/internet facility.
My partner would like the following - average usage 20mins peak, 80 mins off-peak, 100+ texts; just wants a straightforward handset for making/receiving calls and texts, other features only if does not complicate simple call and text making!
So far been offered by Loyalty dept. at CPW - existing tariff with £150 caskback in 3 stages over 12 months.
Urgent replies today please as need to get back to CPW later today!!
