thanks im over the moon with the place and they are even open during the holidays which means i can do things with the older kids and not have to worry about Charlie kicking off!!!
guess what i left the buggyboard on the bus so they are dropping it off for me PMSL!!

The playcentre is amazing the staff are fantastic and they all deserve medals! there were 5 kids in today and they dont take anymore than 8, there were 2 young students, 7 staff members, 2 x OCT and a speech therapist!
the kids were great one little boy is physically and mentally disabled but smiles all the time, a 3 year old who is the size of erin! and another 2 little girls who have medical problems. they had bubble machines on, sensory rooms and lot to play with! they have snacks and cooked lunches! they even gave me a brand new buggy board!
i am really happy with them and charlie had lots of fun! hopefully we will be able to get somewhere now :D:D:D

I'm viewing the house at 3pm on Sat, its an open house though and DH is working. They wont do any other time, no wonder ots not sold. So we talked about it and so long as it is structurally sound then we will go for it

Thing is, there is no way we could afford a house that size if it wasn't a !!!! hole, and we're used to !!!! holes anyway.

they pick him up at 9am and drop him off 2.30 on a tues and thurs! they are also arranging a play buddy to go with him to the local playgroup on a wed! i have to attend just now but can go to the high street or another room whilst he plays, just need to have a phone on me.

the house sounds good though! and you would redecorate a new house so really the extra work would be done at the same time? rubbish about the viewing times?
