BIG NEWS
Dylan sat up all on his own :j:j He managed it for about 5 mins with a few wobbles but you have no idea how proud I was of him tonightIt was the one thing they wernt sure he would be able to do, and he did it :j We knew he was getting there, a minute every now and again, but he lost balance very quickly, seems to have just got it overnight and the best news is that I got some of it on video, so when I find my lead i will put it on fb
So self centered post over
How is everyone ??
WOOHOO!!!!!! :j:j:j:j I am so pleased for you all! Well done Dylan! Swanky seat has helped a huge amount then?0 -
Thanks Tia
Yeah, seat seems to have helped loads !! He will still use it for a bit though as he was very forward when he was sitting and not upright, but it is such a good start and I am so excited about going to physio next week and telling her !!!The two best things I have done with my life

It's awful hearing news like that.
When I was with my ex, we went to his friends wedding and a couple were there and the lady was heavily pregnant. We were actually giggling on the evening as she was almost due and the baby must have been doing cartwheels as her stomach was constantly moving and various limbs kept poking out
Visited they friends a few months later and they turned up so I was all excited and said "so where's the baby then?" Nobody had told us the baby was stillborn.
I've never felt so awful in my life and I've never forgotton the look of hurt I put on the poor lady's face:(
Here I go again on my own....0 -
I am shattered. I think H is teething already, i know he is young (3months this week) but DS1 had 4 teeth at 4 months. He is dribbling so much his top gets covered in minutes.
He didn't sleep a wink last night nor did i and he just cried no matter what we did which isn't like him as he doesn't cry much normally. So far today and tonight is the same and i really just want to sleep. He seems settled at the moment so fingers crossed i get a few hours.
Bless him he could still be a little upset from yesterday as he had his endoscopy and he has a floppy laryx. I didn't want to see it really but i had to be the one who pinned him down, poor mite screamed the place down and cried real tears for the first time. He may need an op to remove the floppy parts they are reviewing him in a month to decide.
My DS1 is also poorly and i have finally got him back to bed. This is my signature!0 -
aww elasti, doesnt sound good in your house
hope everyone feels better tomorrow x
