    Gorgeous pic SS :)

Kindof and Tia, you should totally read the true blood books... I'd so do Eric! (Twice :p) Bill's a tit...

I ave the first two but havent read them yet I was worried they were going to spoil the programme

I really like Bill :( but Eric is very nommy too

Som the fairies came today, thank you very much :) Ive had to sort out E's clothes as well, so many of them are too small :(

    How long does CHB take?

Tia LOL I know True Blood is very raunchy, OH watches it with me

    Tia http://www.amazon.co.uk/Blood-Boxed-Sookie-Stackhouse-Vampire/dp/0575095385/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1271707301&sr=1-1

Does anyone else us Aptamil Comfort, if so did your LO's pumps start to really stink, and I mean stink, he smells like something OH would produce

I think the tax credit bracket is more than that, it deffo goes up to 58k cos I worked them out for my brother and he would get the £20 a week and they earn 58k so they would get the same as me and OH and we earn 34k

Ive had a nightmare day, E's pumps have been waking him up and hes been crying and he was awake from 10 till half 3 it was draining for both of us, I knew he was tired but just couldnt get him to sleep, he would sleep on my chest for like half an hour max but then wake up, thankfully my mam came and somehow he slept on her for 2 hours lol

Then we fed him at 5, he went back to sleep and he was sick all over his basket :(

He then wiped out again at half 5 and has jsut woke up for bottle, so hopefully he will go sraight to sleep and we can all go to bed

I'm just after some advice on newborn nappies.

I know it's a bit like how long is a piece of string but can anyone give me a rough idea of how many packs of newborn nappies (size 1) and how many newborn size 2 I would expect to get through? Just debating whether I need to stock up on any more but have literally no idea how quickly you would expect baby to grow!

When we went on holiday at 13 weeks size 2 was too small but we didn't use them after the first week so don't know how long exactly they lasted. Probably depends on baby and nappy brand though.

    Gorgeous photo, SS! :D

Glam, have you had the pushchair out the box yet? Ours is arriving on Wednesday :)

Yep did it as soon as I got home! :D
It was already fitted up so just a case of zipping footmuff on and putting canopy on.

I did have a nightmare putting it back down because I hadn't clicked it into place properly when I put it up so the handle wouldn't pull up cos it was already up IYSWIM.

It's very red  and you can't get to the basket easily when its in recline position but its light and fits in the car very easily.
    Good evening ladies & Bruno

Happy Birthday Tia's Chris, 5 at last! :bdaycake:

SS - that picture's beautiful, Molly look's angelic.

EA - nice tattoo, I've got a tiger lily on my foot and love it. (And 2 other's on my back, as soon as I stop BF'ing I'll be looking to get another!)

Hug's for all the poorly babies and mummies. There are far too many bug's going around at the minute.

Glam - if your around are you still going on Wed?

Um, yes. Had forgotten (even though Fritha only reminded me yesterday!) but I've seen one of my friends today and am seeing them again tomorrow so they can do without me on Weds.
Do you want me to put my spare car seat in and pick you up from the station?
Bank Quay or Central are both easy enough for me to get to :)

krystal - :j for baby steps.

MFD - glad you've got something to tide you over for a few months, they always say its easier to get a job when your in a job. :)

Just remembered that for TC I can discount £100 every week for the first 30 weeks so that means I only earnt £13 not £16 - so perhaps we might just get something!
Means we might just drop down to the next bracket for last year but not going to get my hopes up!
A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Where does the time go?

Can I just say that I would love to get the income you do when you take your tax creidits into it as you get the same n TC as I do in my wage and I work damn hard full time for it !!

    Wonderful news MFD

    Tia

Gill, I wouldn't stock up - you don't know which brand will fit your baby best till you have the baby. We had loads of Huggies and my monster ended up with perpetual butt rash from them, but other people swear by them.

Boo, do you have a picture of your tiger lily? I'm hoping it was just a horrible tattoo I saw and not an indictment of foot tattoos in general ... so I can get a new one after all ...

No one just hands us the money for nothing. My OH works damn hard for his money 4/5 12hr shifts a week. Hard, heavy engineering work. Not much of a dream come true when you're inside an industrial oven sweating blood for your wage.
