Me too :o. We went out for dinner on Valentines night to a very posh restaurant, and the waitress carefully explained what foods on the menu weren't suitable for a woman in my condition, and when I explained my condition was then 4 months old and lying asleep in his cot at home, blamed it on a miscommunication with the maitre d!

I have been asked on several occasions what I am having and when I am due :( the last poor lad who asked thought he was being really nice and cosying up to the boss...and got an icy 'It is a boy, he just turned 1' in response.

The problem is, at 4 months I was doing okay and probably smaller than immediately pre-pregnancy, about 6 months it all went wrong for me and it has been downhill since there :(

One of Mums neighbours was speaking to Mum this morning, asking how my sister was doing, and when was she due?

My poor little sister is 21 with no children. :rotfl:

No reflection on your sis but I look at some young girls in the street who already have belly issues and think 'you have got no hope once your stomach muscles are b00gered' :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Off to bed, up early for the Grand Prix, night all xx

I've been offered seats on the tube several times since he was born (when travelling without him). I always take them without comment - well it would be rude to make the offeror feel awkward :D

I think it is harder to get the tummy back into shape once you've had one or more babies. I definitely have a pot belly, though I'm not overweight as such for my height, so I can see why the mistakes are made. And frankly, though I'd love to be flat and gorgeous, I don't have the time really to devote to making that happen, or would rather be spending that time with the little one, so I can't see things changing on that front any time soon!

.. but on the plus side you are here to chat, not tucked up asleep in bed. :D

Poor Jack. Maybe he'll wake in the morning with something to show you for his pains though. Or at worst have got all his nightime waking out of the way before you settle down for the night.

We've been waiting for these teeth for 3 months!
He's not slept thru since January!

I wouldn't mind if it was a 'pop dummy in' job but its hysterical screaming til you pick him up, cuddle him then it starts again as soon as you put him down.

Off to 'top him up' to see if that helps
